Ahead of the UN 2023 water conference on March 2023, the UN reports that water is very important for human survival.

Water is very important for human health as drinking water does more than just quench your thirst.

It's essential to keeping your body functioning properly and feeling healthy.

Nearly all of your body's major systems depend on water to function and survive.

With water making up about 60% of your body weight, it's no surprise what staying hydrated can do for you.

However water is much more than about what goes into the body as even our physical nature as human needs water for survival.

Here are our thoughts:

FOR COOKING

Imagine cooking without water. it is impossible to cook without water because is the most needed ingredient when cooking.

FOR BATHING

Can you go days, weeks or months without bathing? We need water to bath to keep us clean and healthy to avoid skin rashes and avoid irritation.

FOR WASHING CLOTHS AND UTENSILS

Imagined you finish eating and your plates are not washed. Will you be able to eat in the same plate again? The answer is a big NO!

How about your clothes are dirty?

You also need water to wash them to be clean and safe to wear.

So water is needed to wash our plates and plates which in turn keep us healthy.

FOR FARMING

The food we eat that is cultivated needs water to grow and produce the food we eat. So imagine there is no water? That means there will be no food and when there is no food it means there will be no life.

So you can see why water is vital for our everyday survival. Can you imagine living without water?

What do you think?
